During lastest months of 2009 we were working on workflow and activities related to a new area/department on our company: QA/Testing department. On first days of 2010 we decided to implement what we planned, so we formerly created QA/Testing department adding new people to staff. We start this area with Martin Farias, who will be work daily checking developed functionallity & requirements on diverse projects, and also will be working on protocols definitions that would allow to improve quality of work. |

New alliances with companies |

Recently we have defined 2 new alliances with different IT companies. Based on our experiences and similar companies' structures and needs, we have done an agreement with DokkoGroup SA & AEISEC to improve our commercial & marketing area. Soon we will be starting to work with a shared resource dedicated fully to promote some services & products from both companies. Also, we achieved to define an agreement with Geotekne, an IT company dedicated fully to provide geotechnology know-how. This allow us to integrate and offer GIS concepts on our customers projects while we provide development IT & project management know-how. |

Finally we participated on contest and we went to event. We didnt win on our category, but it was a really successful experience to give a closure to this year. We didnt expect to have this recognition from such important organizations, so, it's really a good experience for us. Jose Macchi, CEO at Tsavo Group SRL, will be representing company on a young businessmen contest as finalist. This important event for the Buenos Aires' young businessmen will be carried out the day Wednesday 9 of December of 2009, 20:00 hours, in the facilities of the La Plata Jockey Club, located in street 49 Nº 581, of that city. Prize is a recognition for "international projection" from FEBA (Federación Económica de la Provincia de Buenos Aires) and ADIBA (Asociación de Industriales de la provincia de Buenos Aires). During this month we will be adding some new features to website. Main changes are related to look&feel, adding some banners with rich-user-experience where you can see our jobs, and the RRHH area. We are growing and so to have a good section where people could be informed about job posts is the first step to make it possible. Communication is essential. |
